Biodiversity data of bacteria and flagellates obtained as part of work in projects: International project 'CBOL: Seasonal differences in biodiversity of bacteria and nano- and picoplankton protozoa from three zones of the Vistula estuary' Grant No. 795/N-CBOL/2010/0 financed by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education, and 'DEMONA: Diversity and ecology of mixotrophic flagellates in the waters of the Gdańsk Bay,' Grant No. PSPB-036/2010, co-financed by Switzerland under the Polish-Swiss Research Programme.
