This workshop was organized by BUSE as a part of a BID project, Mobilization of data on non-timber forest species in biodiversity hotspots of Zimbabwe. It was a stakeholder workshop with 18 participants.
There was two sessions. The first one consisted of an opening speech, an overview of GBIF, the importance of data shaaring and discussions. The second session regarded how to use GBIF data for policy and development.
