GBIF.us Metabarcoding Datasets

This Metabarcoding Data Toolkit instance is a resource for the U.S. community to publish metabarcoding data, like eDNA, to GBIF through the GBIF-US node. This installation is part of a two-year GBIF pilot, intended to improve GBIF’s integration of DNA metabarcoding data on biodiversity and to strengthen the US science community by exploring the needs and use cases of the community. Data that are not a good fit for this tool can still be published through the GBIF-US IPT (https://ipt.gbif.us/).
