DNA sequence data for endemic species Halophila hawaiiana collected on Oahu.Purpose
These data were collected in fulfillment of a Master's thesis where the noncoding nuclear region, the internal transcribed primer regions (ITS1 and ITS2) were used to create a phylogeny of H. hawaiiana to show its relation to other Halophila species.
