Description

Occurrence data of two Mydidae genera from Namibia and South Africa - Namibimydas Hesse, 1972 and Nothomydas Hesse, 1969 - based on a new taxonomic revision published in African Invertebrates in 2012.

Purpose

The occurrence data are made available as a unique data-set in order to facilitate the test of the species and distributional hypotheses postulated in this taxonomic revision/review.
