The study identified 28 important sites for otter in the Dee catchment, all of which are concentrated in the sub-catchments between Dinnet and Banchory. Sites identified as omportant are open water bodies and fens. No bogs have been categorised as important apart from the Black Moss of Dinnet.Purpose
