El proyecto tiene como objetivo principal completar la incorporación de los especímenes en la colección de referencia, tanto a nivel físico como a nivel informativo, traducir el registro de entrada y los ficheros, ya disponible parcialmente utilizando una base de datos designada específicamente y compatible con los lineamientos de la CONABIO.
