Dglucose Dmaltose and malic acid are utilized. Does not utilize Larabinose, Dmannose, Dmannitol, N acetylglucosamine, potassium gluconate, capric acid, adipic acid, trisodium citrate and phenylacetic acid. Strain HME 8781 (= NIBRBA 0000114092) was isolated from a tidal flat sample, Sinan, Korea.
