etymology
The R. raoultii (OP 286857) sequences were randomly selected to build a phylogenetic tree, named after regions and displayed on the phylogenetic tree with squares (Fig. 9 c). The phylogenetic tree of the 16 S rRNA gene shows that R. raoultii found in Inner Mongolia is on the same branch as R. raoultii strain IM 16 (KY 474575) and R. raoultii isolate Binxian- 91 (MN 446747). The sequences were compared and analyzed with MEGA 7.0 software and show that the 16 S rRNA gene sequence of R. raoultii in Inner Mongolia is 100 % homologous with the R. raoultii IM 16 strain (KY 474575) in China and R. raoultii (MN 446747) found in Haemaphysalis longicornis in Bin County, Shanxi Province.
