Description

Intergovernmental organization (created in 1952), now is a regional maritime system and a political and operative alliance to consolidate the precense of the countries in the region of the East Pacific and its efective and coordinated projection to the adjoining zones and to vinculate it to the Pacific bacin. Our interest span to Marine pollution, Marine biodiversity, Marine protected areas Integrated coastal management , Data and information management (biodiversity and environment). Since january 2017 CPPS has become one of the ADUs of the IODE network, as an OBIS node
