Probable abundance and proposed status. AB: F; CS: LC.

WL: 22 mm. The species ranges from Senegal to DRC, northwestern Kenya, Sudan and Ethiopia. The natural host-plants are unknown, but caterpillars have been bred on Imperata cylindrica and Pennisetum purpureum (Poaceae).
