discussion
Remarks. Eunice indica was originally described from Bagka Straits, Sumatra. Many specimens catalogued under this name do not have the multiple subacicular hooks that characterize the species and are sufficiently variable that they may belong to more than one species. Eunice indica is not represented in the collections of the Australian Museum. We therefore suggest that this species does not occur in Australian waters.
