description
(Figs 65 - 68)
diagnosis
Diagnosis: ♂: median lobe of aedeagus 0.23 mm long, somewhat resembling that of M. filaria (Figs 65 - 66); apical lobe of paramere blackish. ♀: sternite VIII (Fig. 67) weakly transverse, posterior margin convex; spermatheca similar to that of M. parasita and M. moczarskii, but with coiled proximal portion (Fig. 68).
discussion
Comment: The original description is based on " 1 ♂, 1 ♀, Typen, 3 ♀♀ Paratypen " from " Albania centr., Tiranë " (SCHEERPELTZ 1967). Since a holotype is not specified, all the type specimens must be regarded as syntypes. The male labelled as " Cotypus " is designated as the lectotype, as it is in better condition.
distribution
Confirmed distribution: Albania.
