Remarks. The species P. notabilis (Fig. 1 A) differs from P. trinervis Kalugina, 1985 (Fig. 1 C) mainly by proportion of medial veins. In P. notabilis, the vein M 1 + 2 is 2.5 times as long as M 1 (vs. 1 / 2 for P. trinervis) and dcell is about 1 / 7 of the length of wing (vs. about 1 / 8 for P. trinervis). Both species were described from Kubekovo (Russia) — Middle Jurassic.
