Quality Control
All phytoplankton collected as part of this dataset were identified by Dr Rossana Caroni and Dr Karol Donnelly. Many taxa were grouped to Genus to ensure compatibility for analysis.Method steps
- Depth Integrated mid-lake samples from the epilimnion, counted following Utermöl technique in cells or colonies per ml.
