This event was organized and held as part of the CESP project “Capacity building through regional cooperation for data mobilization in Belarus, Latvia and Lithuania (CESP2020-015)”.
Attended by 54 participants from various organizations from Belarus, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Russia, Ukraine and Estonia, the seminar provided participants information about GBIF and publishing datasets. It also provided participants the opportunity to create and develop datasets for publication on the IPT server of SPC NAS of Belarus for Bioresources.
Based on the results of the event, a training manual Quick Guide on preparing datasets for publication via GBIF was prepared.
