description
Streaked Mojarra. To 26 cm (10.2 in) (Robertson and Allen 2008). Near Boca de Soledad (25 ° 11 ’ N, 112 ° 06 ’ W), southern Baja California (Personal communication: Scripps Institution of Oceanography Fish Collection, La Jolla, California) and southern and central Gulf of California (Robertson and Allen 2002) to Ecuador (Béarez 1996), including Islas Galápagos (Grove and Lavenberg 1997). Marine, brackish, and fresh waters (Romero-Berny 2018, Fricke et al. 2020); depth: surface to 30 m (98 ft) (Robertson and Allen 2002).
