The Regional Water Authority Vallei en Veluwe oversees an area in the provinces of Gelderland and Utrecht. It was formed in the beginning of 2013 when the Vallei and Eem, and the Veluwe water boards merged. The primary bodies of water within the area of over 244,000 ha that it oversees are the Apeldoorns Kanaal, Eem, IJssel, Nederrijn, Valleikanaal and the Veluwerandmeren.
