Camera traps have become a ubiquitous tool in ecology and conservation. There were many studies based on camera trapping which required a common data management pool that represents Southeast Asia’s richest reservoirs of biodiversity and efforts for conservation. Support from BIFA6_005, species occurrence data were generated from camera trapping studies data from the published resources in 1999-2021 in Asian countries.Taxonomic Coverages
This data consists of 468 species of three taxonomic classes including mammals, aves, and reptiles from Bhutan, Cambodia, China, India, Indonesia, Japan, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Nepal, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand, and Vietnam.
