distribution
Distribution. Uralian – Far Eastern, boreal. From Polar Urals to Kamchatka and Primorye. Outside Russia: Mongolia. Hostplants: unknown. Caterpillars of the nearest species L. brephoides (Walker, 1857) feed on Betula, Alnus, Populus and Salix (Beljaev 2016). Genetic note. There were not available material for DNA barcoding from the Baikal region, however, I have obtained the sequence from Altaian specimen (see “ Material examined ”). It differs from COI of L. brephoides (inhabits the boreal zone of North America) by 3.2 – 3.4 %. Subfamily GEOMETRINAE Tribe GEOMETRINI
