description
This rare micromorphic species was found only in a single sample from Crypthelia seamount at 200 – 291 m (Tables 1, 2; Fig. 14). It was earlier noted from the Norfolk Ridge (see Bitner 2008: fig. 15) and New Caledonia (Laurin 1997) and occurs in the South-West Pacific from New Guinea, Australia, New Zealand and Antarctica (Zezina 1981 a; Foster 1989; Dawson 1991). Zezina (1987) reported the species from the Indian Ocean.
