One of these specimens is currently housed at NHMUK and is here designated the lectotype. The exemplar has the following data label: Type H. T. This specimen corresponds to a metander male, it is in good condition and is coded NHMUK 010812628 in the NHMUK data portal. Type locality: Brazil: Pará state: Santarém.
