discussion
Remarks. Ganaspis Förster 1869 is a cosmopolitan genus, which includes several species. Nordlander (in Ovruski 1994) suggested that the neotropical species Ganaspis pelleranoi (Brèthes 1924) should also be placed in Aganaspis Lin, 1987 and Ovruski (1994) established this combination. Ganaspis carvalhoi: Paratypes: BRAZIL. São Paulo: 20. III. 1929, coll. Miguel Carvalho Leite, (6 females, obtained from puparia of A. fraterculus). (UFRJ).
